WW1 10TH INFANTRY MARKED REMINGTON U.S. MODEL 1917 OR P-17 MILITARY .30-06 RIFLE DATED 1917. Original early rifle with barrel dated 11-17. Serial number in the 21,xxx range. Fine overall with 90% military blue-black finish. Original stock and handguard refinished but with visible Ordnance Eaglehead proof visible behind trigger guard and stamped “2.10.D” on the right butt for the Second Battalion, 10th Infantry, D Company. Excellent bore and working order. Great Regiment history.
