COLT MODEL 1851 HARTFORD-LONDON NAVY REVOLVER WITH RARE 6” BARREL. London proofed and serial numbered in the very late 191,xxx range and all matching. Original 6” barrel with “ADDRESS COL. SAML. COLT NEW-YORK, U.S. AMERICA” address. Frame stamped “COLT’S/PATENT”. All original except the wedge and wedge screw. Dark brown patina on metal with moderate wear. Cylinder with no visible scene remaining but good crisp serial stamp and London proofs. One piece walnut grips with wear and a chip missing at the right top near the trigger guard. Good bore and chambers. Working order. Scarce original 6” barrel.
