Description:
This is a Winchester Model 1890 in the rare 22LR cartridge. This gun is a third model built in 1927. The receivers are mostly void of blue which is common on these, but the barrel looks great. The bore is mint, bright with strong rifling, blue is original, scrip and proof marks are crisp. Wood looks great, fits full to the metal parts, has no cracks or repairs and is quite smooth which indicates a light refinish at some point. All aspects are correct for this time period including sight package, barrel script, hammer, etc. Gun functions and shoots great.
