The buyer assumes the responsibility for transfer fees or background check fees that the receiving dealer will charge. It is also the buyer's responsibility to insure that the dealer will accept the firearm(s). We encourage that the buyer contact the dealer before we transfer the gun to them for pick-up to insure that there are no problems with your transfer. If the dealer refuses to accept delivery of your firearm, you will be responsible for shipping charges to recover the firearm and reship it to a dealer that is willing to receive it.

Their short barrels and overall short length make them favorites in any application where maneuverability and ease of handling are priorities. . Specifically designed for mounting today's scopes or other optical sighting systems, these rifles include a side ejection to clear the top mounted scope, and a patented recoil buffer which protects the scope from damage or shifting the point of impact as the semi-automatic action cycles.
This firearm is lightly used, but is in excellent condition. The finish on the gun shows very little wear, and the stock is clean of indents or scratches. The bore is crisp and clean. The pictures provided are of the actual rifle and are the best representation of it and its condition.
