He FACTORY order a NEW gun, built with LIGHT WEIGHT FRAME. 28” brls. with FACTORY SCREW INS. 7 lbs. 4 oz. He then contracted with the FINEST CUSTOM stock maker, DARWIN HENSLEY. Using the striking piece of French Walnut , it was stocked for walkup and game shooting with 14" LOP In my opinion, Darwin, is quite possibly, the most talented stock maker ever. His attention to detail and style is unsurpassed by anyone's standards. The stock work alone, would cost more than the gun. Absolutely superb condition. The ultimate Kreighoff for the field.
