PRICE LOWERED. Marlin Firearms 1893, first model, saddle ring carbine, 30-30 caliber Serial # D8230. Time period 1904-1915. Very good bore and action works perfectly, tight and smooth. Barrel marked “Special Smokeless Steel”. Barrel and tube have 95% bright blue. Receiver case colors have faded and about 30-40% remain. Wood is very good with no chips or cracks. Not many around in this good of condition. A fine saddle ring carbine. This is a used, as is condition firearm. Shipping $45 lower 48, $55 to Alaska.
