Winchester Model 42.. there are not enough superlatives to describe this beautiful little .410 pump shotgun. To start with your eyes are immediately drawn to Angelo Bee’s extraordinary game scene engraving with five, in-flight bobwhite quail on the left panel and six mourning doves on the right panel with a scaled quail on the top of the receiver and a Gambel or California quail on the mag tube extension, in multi color gold. Both the right and left panels are detailed with farm scenes in the background and extensively bordered with gold wire. The gun is stocked in a finely grained walnut; nicely checkered and flawlessly finished. It comes in a take down case.
