***REDUCED***This Super Grade Model 70 serial #3328xx dates to around 1952 and has matching numbered bolt. As you can see, this one has an exquisite custom stock crafted from gorgeous walnut by (the late) Ed Aubert in California. We have included some barrel channel shots of the stock, for the benefit of those who are fans of high-end stockmaker's art. LOP is 14" over the kick-eez pad. We're not sure what elae to say about this stock besides what the pictures can convey. Metal finish is original and could rate as high as 99%, but easily a 98% as far as we are concerned. All of us should look so good at 60+ years old! The 26" barrel retains beautiful, shiny, crisp bore, rifling and chamber. Scope is Leupold VX3 3.5x10x40. Let us know if there's anything else you'd like to know, or if you need more pictures. This rifle is a true gem, and recreating it today would cost significantly more than the price here.
