Description:
Serial #585248, 7.63mm Mauser, 4” barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a non-import marked pistol that has a mismatched (but correct) receiver, and retains 90-92% of the original blue finish that has worn to gray at the muzzle, and along exposed edges and projections. The hammer and bolt are still a bright gray with some minor freckling and some of the original bright fire blue remains on the sides of the bolt stop, and especially the rear sight slider. The trigger and extractor retain traces of the original fire blue. The 22 groove walnut grips are original to the pistol and are numbered on the interior of both panels. The wood has a nice added oil finish over minor handling marks and small blemishes, but still rate very good-fine overall. The lock-up is tight and the mechanism is fully functional. This is a fantastic Mauser Bolo Broomhandle that is in fine plus condition and would make a great addition to any collection. FFL or C&R
