On Hold Pending Funds / Colt Model 1860 Army Cap & Ball Revolver with Case & Accessories, serial # 38612, appears matching including cylinder number, cal. 44, 8" barrel with a fair plus bore and strong rifling, barrel is also marked with New York address, metal surfaces have gray patina with light pitting and several minor nicks on barrel and cylinder, minute traces of the cylinder scene remain, nice walnut grips that have faint traces of cartouches at the lower bottom of the grips, grips also have a few bruises to the bottom of the right grip and the left at the cartouche otherwise there very good, revolver functions correctly, revolver comes in an old appearing case with dovetailed corners and felt lining containing a powder flask and an unmarked bullet mold, Remington Percussion Caps and lead balls, there’s also a key but it doesn’t work the lock, overall condition of this group is good plus.
