Description:
This is a scarce First Model American Smith Wesson revolver with 8" barrel. The gun was professionally restored years ago and probably at the same point it got a pair of custom made walnut grips with propeller motives, possibly, presentation to a pilot.. All serial numbers and factory stamps are crystal clear and perfectly visible. Serial numbers match. Action is tight, bore is excellent. This is a reasonably priced early SW revolver that sells in a $ 6,000-$ 12,000 range if it has original finish. Here's some links for price reference:
