Description:
Beautiful Krieghoff Neptune Sidelock Drilling from 1974. This drilling is in very good condition as it has rarely been fired. Caliber is 7 X 57R Rifle on the bottom, 16/70 Shotgun barrels on top. Front trigger is a set trigger. LOP is 14.25 in. and weight is 8.56 lbs. with scope and insert.
This drilling is self cocking and has the luxureous deep animal engraving from the Neptune Primus. The stock and forearm are slightly carved to give it a unique look and feel. There is a German Variable 1.5-6X42 Scope mounted with Suhler Claw mounts. Scope removes easy and always goes back to zero when remounting. This is one of the best drillings available on the market in great calibers for the American wildlife.
This gun has been in my collection which I purchased while stationed in Germany It is a fine example of German Craftmanship.
