Description:
Winchester Model 42 410 pump shotgun.
This gun is a 26" full choke barrel,and is in it's original serial numbered box.
Dates to 1954,and the box even still has the cancelled postage stamps,as well as postmark from October 5,1954.
The gun itself is in approx. 98% condition,showing a bit of honest blue wear from the slide action cycling,and one area of VERY LIGHT surface wear on right side of the pistol grip area,these marks are not into the wood,only the finish.There are a few scattered very light handling marks on the stock,no gouges,and can be seen in pics.
I assume the tissue paper in the box may be original,I don't know.
paperwork is not present.
This is a very,very nice Model 42,the pics really don't do it justice.
