Marble Game Getter. Model 1921. 18 in barrel. Manufactured 1921. Cal. 22
long or short over 44-40 or 410 shotgun shell. Folding rear peep sight. 72nd
one made. Invented by William Marble based on his 20 years experience in
the Northwoods as a Trapper & timber cruiser, as an all purpose, easily
carried firearm that could dispatch at reasonable distance anything
swimming, walking or flying in the woods. Bores are excellent, so are the
walnut grips. Retains all case hardening on hammer and trigger. 85% blue
on barrels and frame. Mechanically excellent. Nicest one I have ever seen.
