Here is a chance to own a genuine Colt LIghtning rifle that is in super clean mechanical condition for a lot less than for an original finished gun. Only the metal has been reblued. The stocks are orginal and show no wear or damage or wear. Bore is good but not perfect. Sights are original and correct. a great cowboy action shooter or hunting rifle. The pictures pretty much tell the story. It appears that there was no pitting or rust for the cause of the re-blue. Itis an antique and requires no special permits or licence. Being an open top first model - If it were original finish of this percent - it would be a 4-5 thousand dollar iten all day long!
