KNOWN AS THE SQUIRREL GUN, It was part of the famous "Ford" collection.
FACTORY DELUXE MODEL 63 WINCHESTER—22 LR. It is a pleasure to offer this GEM of a little gun.
This is the FIRST time being offered for sale since coming out of the FAMOUS GEORGE R. FORD collection, along with the “PARKER INVINCIBLE. We purchased the entire ford collection back in the 70”s from Mrs. George R. Ford in Ohio. It went directly to a private collector. Recently, upon his passing, was returned to me.
Needless to say it is UNFIRED and NEW. The gun was purchased new by G.R.F. He then contracted to have it ENGRAVED by EMIL WILLIG.
Engraved pieces by Willig are highly sought after and bring record prices when available. This little beauty will delight whoever adds it to their gun room. There is a 6 page article on the engraver. These photos do not even begin to show the quality and charm of this gun.
It was created by a collector of the finest examples of firearms.
