#12914, Beretta O/U Sidelock Ejector Model S3 12 Bore Made in 1954 with 27 1/2" Solid Rib Barrels, The bores at .725 .034 & .043" (Imp.Mod & Full), Original 2 3/4", Barrel weight at 1.430 KG, Original & correct factory bores as proved at 18.3mm bore & 17.3 & 17.5mm chokes, Double triggers, Game forend with finger grooves, Straight hand stock at 14 1/4 x 1 3/8 x 2 3/16" over a checkered butt, Slight cast-off for the right hand, 7 lbs. 2 oz., No sling eyes, It has 95% coverage of very nice rose and scroll engraving signed by G. Bregoli; It has 9 retainer screws, including the replaceable locking shoulders on the barrel, which secure key screws on the frame, forend and trigger guard, The original barrel blue is at 92%, The original wood finish at 86%, The checkering at 94%, The bores are excellent plus. Here is a 1954 Quality Sidelock that has most of its mechanical life left for the balance of your sporting days.
