Enedino De Leon one-of-a-kind Model # A1 hapen to be the largest,biggest model the maker has ever made ( most of the A1's models had an 7-8" blade length only ) as it was a special order that will never be duplicated. All provenance letters included with the knife. This is a full tapered tang constructed sub-hilted fighter with an impressive 9-inch blade by 1-3/8-inch width. This particular model has a bigger,longer blade than any others Model A1's made over the past four decades by this extremely talented maker whom I consider America's best-kept secret in the knife industry. Knife is made with German silver double guard and German silkver sub-hilts. The selected black micarta handle is better suited for heavy-duty use in the field from any combat/fighting situation a soldier may face and a extremely reliable weapon as opposed to having a wooden handle that will not last long when in harm's way The. handle is drilled to accomodate a wirst thong if desired. This knife can rival with the likes of Harold Corby's line of sub-hilted fighters. Loveless Big Bear or Steve Johnson. This is a " BIG " knife folks with the top cutting edge sharpened all the way to the guard , even bigger than a "Big Bear " from Loveless.
