This is a new Browning T-Bolt Sporter Maple in .22 Long Rifle with a 22 inch barrel. The rimfire rifle you grew up with is back, and Browning’s T-Bolt Sporter Maple is armed to the teeth with new features that make it faster and more accurate. The enlarged pivot point of the straight-pull bolt makes repeated loading and ejecting extremely quick. The lightweight three-lever gold-tone trigger and short-travel firing pin deliver a light, crisp break, quick lock time, no take-up and minimal overtravel. A free-floating barrel and semi-match chamber yield pinpoint accuracy. The full-size, gloss-finished maple stock with walnut stain provides stability. The steel bar-stock blued-finish receiver has a classic cross-bolt lockup with the pivot point moved forward for smooth action. The receiver is drilled and tapped for scope mounts. The Double Helix rotary-box magazine loads 10 rounds easily and feeds them reliably. The top-tang, two-position safety operates with a thumb without needing to change your shooting grip.
