Description:
A fine old Greener Model FH-25, Serial No. 64400 made July 17, 1915 (see attached email from Graham Greener dated Feb. 20, 2015). Specifications: 12 Gauge, 2 1/2" chambers, 26" barrels choked F&M, Birmingham Nitro proof marks for 1 1/8 oz. loads. Stock data: 3" by 14" with ebony insert at tip of forearm, horn buttplate. Clean bores. Condition: Locks tight on the face, no movement at all. Safety and ejectors work perfectly. Clean bores with miniscule pitting - almost invisible. Some very slight pitting on top of barrels just in front of breech - almost unnoticeable. Checkering on buttstock is quite worn down and just about worn smooth on forearm. Makers address on rib: "W.W. Greener. Maker. 29 Pall Mall. London. Works. St. Mary's Square. Birmingham". PRICE REDUCED.
