This is an exceptional knife from an exceptional craftsman who has been producing some of the world's  finest knives since the early 60's ( Harold is now fully retired ). The handle is a combination of two extremely rare material: ebony and ivory spacers ( the only time Harold has incorporated such unique spacers into a knife ) with an added touch of class when the maker installed a German silver collar that is part of the extended double guard , the only time Harold have made such feature, while the German silver name plate in the center of the ebony handle  bears the inscription 1 OF 1. I designed that particular knife over 32 years ago, Harold was so impressed with its unique design and concept, that he agreed to build me such knife. All original sketches, drawings, Harold last revision and notes comes with the knife not a copy. as the maker changed some of the bevels and grind lines I had designed in order to insure full metal thickness at the ricasso and back of the blade. Harold made an exquisite alligator scabbard to compliment an already spectacular knife whicxh he mention would not be reproduced as well. This is an extremely beautiful,functional knife if you wish tom use it ! Harold even wrote that this is by far the most extraordinary/spectacular and useful functional knife Bowie-type knife he has ever produced. Thank you for looking.
