This Winchester was produced in 1957. That was the last year the round top receivers were produced. Latter that same year the grooved tops were introduced. The rifle's serial number is 153829. This 22 is in near unissued condition. There is no sign of ever being used. There is no wear to the bolt or internal parts. The stock and forend retain all the original varnish. There is no cracks or wood damage. The sights are the original sights for this gun. This Winchester would rate a 99% overall in condition. This model 63 was one of Winchester's best self loading 22's ever produced. Because of that fact it is very hard to find this model in unfired condition. The other fact is that this 22 was one of the very last of the round tops makes this Winchester more collectable for the collector. Search for Harry Viezens on google.
