Description:
This P1876 bayonet is stamped "(Broad Arrow)" over "WD" over "(Crown)" over "E" over" ?/82". Hindi or Nepalese script shows on both lower sides as well as on throat of scabbard. Blade shows light pitting and oxidation stains. Shank and socket show dark brown patina. Scabbard remains in very good condition with a great aged patina on brass, sturdy black leather and a partially split seam. A very good example.
