Description:
Springfield Garand M1. 30-06 Cal. 1955 manufacture. Bolt, Barrel, and
trigger group all match manufacturer and production dates. Inspectors
cartouche on stock, circle P firing proof along front of pistol grip. Rifle
was stripped and lubricated with high temp grease, should be cleaned off if
used.Wood is excellent and all original. Arsenal parkerized metal finish is
excellent. Bore is excellent. I do not have papers but I believe this is a CMP
rifle. Serial # 58497XX. This is a beautiful original Garand. C&R OK
