Very good condition French model 1936 MAS, in 7.5X54MM cal, with clean wood, some minor dings, and handling marks, but nothing serious, with a 22" barrel, and an EXCELLENT, clean shiny rifled bore with good rifling.This WWII model has a correct spike bayonet, mounted sling swivels,adjustable rear sight, and early open front sight.Bolt and receiver match! Finish is a bout 80% military arsenal blue finish, with smooth wear no rusting. Overall a clean gun.The French pre-war walnut stock is original not a post war addition, but has a different serial number, and comes with a vintage leather sling.This caliber is as powerful and accurate as the .308!
