Description:
This is an 1862 Tower lock Enfield musket .577 cal with rifling, stock marked R & W Aston, Barrel with 3 proof marks and 25. Flip up sight to 1000 yds, Barrel length 39 inches, overall length 55 inches. All metal in good condition, nipple was drilled out but threads are still there. Wood stock has a major crack at wrist and lock that is all the way around wrist, other portion of stock are in good condition. Check photos email questions I can take more photos if you like.
