VIVARIO PLOMDEUR ", Percussion Target Pistols, Ebony stocks, Silver InLays, Gold Inlay for Lettering on Barrel, Escutcheon Plates Around Barrel Tenons, Lettering on Barrel Reads, " N. VIVARIO PLOMDEUR, MUSKETEER TO HIS MAJESTY THE KING OF BELGIUM, AT LIEGH". Shrinkage cracks in stocks at various places. Screws, Trigger, Trigger Guard are Nitre-Blued, Screws are Engraved & Indexed, Breech & Tang of Each Pistol is Numbered to Prevent Mixing, 1 & 2.
N. Vivario Plomdeur, was in General Production from 1848-1888. The Ornate Case Contains a "Full Set of Accessories, Ramrod, Mallet, Screwdriver,Cap Box, Powder Flask, Oil Can, Bullet Mold, Nipple Wrench, Small Ladle, Storage Area in Lower Right Corner. These guns are in Excellent Condition, Shrinkage Cracks do not appear to be of Consequence. Estimated value Range for these pistols $7000 to $10,000. These guns are sold pending receipt of funds.
