Description:
Winchester Model 70 "Classic" a Pre-64 Type, controlled round feed bolt rifle action. The rifle was custom worked by McWhorter and features a 26" McWhorter heavy target barrel, a squared, trued and tuned receiver and bolt, Jewel stainless adjustable trigger, adjustable from 1 1/2 to 3 1/2 Lbs. The barrel is freefloating and the action is glass and pillar bedded to a McMillan Varmint stock. The barrel, receiver, bolt handle and body, trigger guard and floorplate assembly are all finished to a matt black finish. The rifle Includes a Nikon Monark 4x16x42 Side Focus BDC Reticle, mounted in Leupold bases and rings. The rifle and scope weighs in at 10 Lbs. 8 Ozs.
