This is a Colt/Remington Rand 1911 A-1 .45acp (circa WW-II) This is a used pistol and appears to have been fired. This pistol comes with no box or paper work. The barrel is 5" and the finish parkerized with plain wood checkerd panel grips. The slide is stamped on 1 side remington rand Inc. Syracuse NY. The oppo side side of the frame is stamped United States property 1911 AI US ARMY serial #114XXXX
