Description:
This Springfield 1884 Cadet rifle has a 29.5 inch barrel. The rifle comes with a Buffington rear sight marked to 2000 yards. The walnut stock has a small 27 behind the lower tang and the numbers 478 in front of the top tang of the butt plate. The rifle still has a trace of case color and some blue with the bulk of the metal being an even patina. There is a hairline crack from the top tang to the sideplate.
