* * * SOLD ON HOLD PENDING FUNDS / Mauser M.1896 Broomhandle semi-auto Pistol with Shoulder Stock, serial # 411200, cal. 7.63 Mauser, 5 ½ barrel with a good bore but the bore has slight bulge at midpoint. The pistol retains 75%+ blue mixing with patina and some added finish. Traces of fire blue on safety, takedown latch & trigger. There is some very minor peppery pitting on the right side of the frame but nothing drastic or alarming. Standard 30 groove grips with one small chip below grip screw on left grip. Pistol has matching numbers on visible components including the shoulder stock. No lanyard ring present, 200-1400 meter rear sight.
The pistol comes with its matching numbered stock/holster that’s beginning to patina on the metal parts, there’s also a 2 ½” weather crack on the bottom of the stock nothing drastic or alarming. Included is a Repro leather harness with cleaning rod along with 3 stripper clips to complete this set. The overall condition as described is good – good plus. Inv.: # 1-1268
