Made in 1955 with controlled round feed with a claw extractor, This was a 1 owner gun and never fired, Scope bases were installed and that is it, 22" barrel with 1 folding rear sight, Factory front sight hood, Standard 3 position safety, Standard Featherweight Model 70 hinged floorplate, Bausch & Lomb 2 piece scope bases, Sling eyes on the stock, 13 7/8" LOP the factory aluminum checkered buttplate, 7 lbs. 8 oz., This gun is factory original, The original barrel blue is 99.5%, The receiver blue is 100%, The floorplate & trigger guard is 100%, The bolt knob is 99%, The buttplate has 99% finish, The original wood finish at 98% with a few handling marks, The checkering is 100%, The bore is new and looks like it did 60 years ago. This piece had a very good guardian and was a 1 owner piece until now.
