Description:
This Frank Wesson is of the 2nd type and has the deluxe wood with beautiful grain to it. The wood has been refinished but looks good. There is a couple of age cracks coming off the frame. Cal 38 RF. Serial number in 7k range. 26" oct bbl which has a lot of finish remaining. Nice smooth metal. Good bbl markings. Nickel finished brass frame. Most of the nickel has worn off. Some nickel remaining in protected areas. Very nice clean smooth metal on the frame. The gun is nice and tight. The front trigger that opens the action works very well. Good hammer and trigger spring. If you want something different for your antique collection this Frank Wesson would be a good one.
