A fine and scarce New Jersey Model 1860 Cavalry sword with its original scabbard and discharge certificate from the N.J. Cavalry Trooper who carried this sword in the Civil War. All markings are clear and crisp with a beautiful untouched blade in its original polish with no damage. The original leather and brass wire wrap and leather throat washer remains in excellent condition also. The basket guard has its original patina and has never been polished or cleaned. A fine example of a New Jersey Surcharged Model 1860 Cavalry saber wiith the original Troopers discharge. USPS priority mail is 30.00
