Description:
This 22 S, L, LR was built in 1919, which was the first year for the "EXPERT" variation of the 1906 Model. SN 537754 fits in the correct range of numbers for an expert variation. Both SN's match on the 2 parts of the gun. Metal is a plum patina, barrel is original as well as sight package. Wood stocks appear to be unaltered from factory and fit proudly to the metal parts with no cracks or repairs. Butt plate shows a lot of wear but has the correct floral pattern screws. Bore is poor, but shows pitted rifling, and would be a good candidate for a reline. Gun shoots fine and functions properly.
