This is a very nice original Model 1884 Trapdoor Springfield in .45-70 caliber with a nice shootible bore, etc. Stock has been cut down to carbine configuration. Has fine tune sights. Will make a wonderful shooter as is with the longer standard barrel or can be cut down to carbine length if desired.
