Description:
This is one of the first lugers done with the salt blue process. This one retains 80% to 85% of the original blue. It has all matching numbers with the exception of the clip. The bore is very good and the gun is mechanically excellent. These were made during the period that the manufacturer tried to remain unknown. The S/42 was a Mauser code. The serial number is 9426 with an “a” suffix. US only - no International sales. Buyer pays $25.00 shipping. Three day inspection allowed if returned UNALTERED. FFL or C&R required!
