Description:
This Alexander Henry .577 x 3" double rifle was built in 1875 for the Maharajah of
Pattiala. His name and title are deeply engraved on the top rib. The damascus
barrels are 27 3/4" long with bright bores. The pull is 13 3/4". The rifle overall is in
very fine condition wiith a nicely figured stock. The locks are rebounding and the
barrels are fitted with 5 leaf express sights that go from 100 to 500 yds. The barrels
show a beautifull damascus pattern. A copy of the original Alex Henry order entry for
this rifle is included.
