Description:
Rare Brixia Model 1912, semiautomatic pistol, caliber 9mm Glisenti. Serial number 239A, marked on barrel trigger guard and most internal parts. All numbers match. This early pistol was the 239th Brixia made by the Brescia factory.
Original blue 95% plus. Original plated parts 98%. Light freckling overall. Interior surfaces are beautiful -- like a fine pocket watch, some parts are damascened. Fully functional with 9mm Glisenti ammunition ONLY.
Factory logo on top of receiver. Crown over CE under barrel below serial number, left trigger guard, and internal parts. Original plated magazine marked crown over DS. Right grip marked MBT over national eagle. Left grip, eagle only. Almost every internal part is stamped with the original serial number. Many internal proof marks, inspector marks, etc.Original take-down tool.
The Brixia was designed as a simplified version of the Glisenti Pistol Model 1910. These pistols were poorly designed, but beautifully made, with parts hand-fitted. No wonder they are so rare today!
I own the original holster fior this pistol, actually rarer than the gun, but it is not included in this lot. Inquire if interested.

Cashiers Check, Money Order or Wire Transfer accepted. Three day inspection privileges. If returned in same condition as sent, purchase price refunded, less handling, shipping, insurance charges. Listed as a Curio/Relic and can be shipped to a licensed holder. Otherwise, it must be sent from my FFL dealer to your FFL holder.
