This is a new Turnbull 1911 in .45 ACP with a 5” barrel. No details were overlooked in the manufacturing of the Turnbull 1911, ensuring that this replica and the original are nearly identical. Hand-checkered double-diamond wood grips provide a solid grasp. Short, wide-spur hammer with standard checkering is easy to cock. Early-style safety lock with a knurled, undercut thumb piece. Later-style 1911 sight with semicircle notch. Two-tone magazine. All parts are hand-polished.
