SOLD A high condition and original German Army Dagger with its matching sheath, deluxe hanger and bullion portepee. This is a best quality dagger rarely seen Weyersburg marked with beautiful castings and retains 100% of its silver plating. The blade is almost mint and has its factory grind. The original throat washer is in excellent shape and remains in place. The mounts are extraordinary with a heavy silver plate that has never been polished. The pommel with 14 standing oak leaves and hand finishing is flawless with no damage and perfect patina. All the mounts are hand finished. The pebble grain silvered scabbard is perfect with not a dent or a scratch...superb. Maker marked by Weyersburg with the early war hallmark gives us a rare maker and early war production.. A beautiful Army Weyersburg dagger, that would be hard to upgrade, for the advanced Nazi dagger collector. USPS priority mail is 15.00
