Description:
This is a beauty. Metal and wood are both in about 98% condition or better. The walnut stock and fore-piece have a high polish and the metal is bright. The bore and rifleing are excellent.  The octogon barrel is 24" long. and is marked "Remington Arms-Union Metalic Cartridge Co." along with four  patent  dates in 1909 and 1910. There are a few minor scratches or handling marks near the muzzle and on the stock near the trigger. The slide fore-piece is 100%-unmarked. The steel magazine tube is blued as is the crescent shapped butt.  There is  an "I" or "J" on the left side of the barrel at the frame  and  "RW" just forward of the trigger. The butt is marked "Remington UMC" in a circle and also behind the trigger. The Remington trademark is stamped behind the rear sight. This rifle has seen little use and might even be unfired.

A quality rifle holds and increases in value. It can be sent directly to the holder of a C&R license.

A good investment/hedge vs inflation.
