A fine example of Tony Metsala's work with san mai construction (inner core of O-1 with nickle silver and mosiac forge welded together) to make a art knife that is 6 1/2" long. He has file worked the top of the blade and completely around the handle. The handle is constructed of bark mammoth ivory of tan and brown color, which is getting harder to find and has gone up in price.
