Description:
26" full oct extremely thin light weight bbl. Bbl is much thinner than the full length mag tube. Hunters front sight. Winchester flat top sporting rear sight and Lyman folding tang sight. Orig pistol grip checkered 3X grade fancy walnut stocks in VG cond with about 90% of high gloss lacquer finish remaining. Fairly sharp checkering. A few mars and dings but still very good looking with the correct shotgun style buttplate. Overall metal VG with 90% thinning bbl and mag blue. 75% orig receiver blue turning silvery on the bottom. Godd traces of case color on hammer and lever. All orig and pictured on page 342 of the Madis book. Complete with Factory Letter. Only 800 of these were made in 38-70. I have never seen one with a bbl like this. Very scarce gun!
