Savage Model 342 .22 Hornet, made only from 1950 to 1955; 22-inch barrel with excellent bore and factory Dockendorff iron sights; blue is near mint; very nicely grained walnut stock; has one nick near lower right toe but is otherwise very clean. Stock has never been inletted for a side mount but the factory drilled & tapped side mount holes are there under the wood line if a scope mount is desired; receiver is factory drilled & tapped for a receiver sight.
