Description:
A pre-war Belgium (FN) made 9mm hi-power, buy the serial number 364XX with all the Belgium proofs on the barrel, frame and slide. Also has proofs of PN in a circle and crown over it. Most likely brought back by a vet. The finish is full blue with a high polish after the bluing. The metal underneath has some slight roughness possibly from a wire brushing, but this was not a worn out pitted gun! All the markings are deep and the edges are sharp and not rounded. Looks like the original French walnut checkered , that are in good condition, with no finish and a couple shallow dents. The barrel original to the gun has shallow rifling and roughness from wartime corrosive primers. Action works good The is just the type of gun the Belgium, and French partisans used against the Nazis. Original rear tangent military sight with 500 meters as the max. and also has a slot for the wooden stock. A colorful gun that could tell some good stories!
