Description:
Equipped with the rare double set trigger and button mag. This is an early gun in the 22k range. Frame is case colored. The right hand side has most colors remaining dimming somewhat. Left hand side has some case colors remaining mostly faded out. Case colors remain on the forend cap and remnants remain on the crescent buttplate. Good case colors to the lever and some on the hammer. Nearly all blue remains on the bbl. Cal 40-65. Nice bright shiny bore with good rifling. Solid action. Wood is exceptional with just some light usage marks. No cracks or losses. Has early Lyman tang sight with aperture in tact. A very nice 1886!
