Description:
This is a gun my late father gave me, it is the 1st gun I ever fired (in 1945 or so). The Nameplate has the whold Remington name, address, year of Patent (1902) and so on. It is only 3 years younger than a genuine Antique!. Apparently my dad 'refinished' it as the varnish job is poor and the barrel has been scoured perhaps with steel wool. The gun has a Windage sight, it comes apart with only 1 knurl-headed screw and it's obviously very old and very simple. Other guns very much like this sell for around $900. I will consider fair offers.
