AYA Number 2 side by side in 28 gauge New shotgun with a five year warrantee backed by New England Custom Gun Service No blemishes or handling marks of any kind. Number 1 quality wood figure and finish. Stock oval. Stock measures 14 7/8” LOP. Drop at Comb is 1 3/8” Drop at Heel is 2 ¼”. Cast off for a right hand shooter. 29 inch barrels choked improved cylinder and modified. Weight is 6 pounds 2 ounces. Detachable side locks with gold cocking indicators. Rounded action makes for a nice carrying field gun. Automatic safety A perfect quail or grouse gun. This specific make, model and gauge is Shooting Sportsman writer Tom Huggler’s absolute favorite SxS bird gun. The late Michael McIntosh and Spanish Best author Terry Weiland held AYA and specifically the Number 2 double in high regard.
