Colt US Army M1911A1 45 ACP. MFG 1942. WB / Army Inspector / all other proof marks look to be correct for this model and year. Left side of slide id good with a few marks forward of the lettering, Right side has deeper pitting and some s that were added to make out 45. Barrel is stamped HS and is clean. Tight slide to frame fit.
